Foolishly, folk reach for a bottle of wine after a hard day’s work and think ‘ ahh, this will knock me out and send me to sleep’, not realising that the pent up sugars from the alcohol will be rearing up about 3am and cause a great deal of tossing and turning. Opt for milk or horlicks not wine!
